Born in Turin in 1955, she earned a law degree from the University of Turin in 1979. She passed the bar exam in 1982 and practiced law at the firm of Attorney Vittorio Chiusano.
In 1996 she was admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court.
Over time, she expanded into criminal, personal, family and juvenile law, which are currently the primary focus of her practice.
Together with her father Dante in 1986, she established the Studio Legale Notaristefano.
Over her career, she has worked within the bar association. He is currently Vice President of the Board of Turin Bar Association

She is registered as:
- guardian and court-appointed attorney in procedures involving minors to be adopted before the Juvenile Court;
- attorney of women who have been victims of violence;
- anti discrimination attorney.
